Bank of America Creates Overdraft Charge Theft Scheme to Make Money

BOA placed a fictitious debit in the amount of $888,888.88 on each of my account transactions, froze and closed my business and personal checking accounts, gave me no warning, no explanation, no chance to defend and kept all my account holdings. I couldn't do payroll for my employees nor have money for the monthly business expenses because of business account holdings seizure. I couldn’t buy foods and needed items to take care of my family nor have money to pay the bills and debts because of the personal checking account holdings seizure.

I am starting this blog for a few reasons:
1). General frustration with Bank of America Corporation (BAC) operating in a heavily regulated industry that is granted powers by the State and Federal governments treating citizens like trash.

2). To see if anyone else has run into similar situation at Bank of America (BOA) or another bank?

3). If this has happened to others, how did they get their money back?

4). Lastly, as a warning to others: BOA labels any one of customers with a problem is a scammer and commits fraud. BOA Risk Management would place fictitious debit $888,888.88 to every of your account transactions to create million dollars account overdrafts, with the excuse of insufficient funds, BOA will steal from you over and over again.

Searching for Internet on Google about BOA bizarre debiting $888,888.88 exploded with results of horror stories. I’m stunned this is what BOA does when they suspect an account of fraud, and most people have to fight like hell. No amount of discussion even escalating to the Branch Manager and Regional Manager could get the Risk Department's decision overturned not to mention to get their money back. Many people post that their credit scores have been ruined; fraud flags have given them trouble at other banks because BOA report account fraud to Chex Systems to ruin their life.

BOA Risk Management bizarre attitudes toward their customers are: BOA is always right and the customers are always wrong. BOA Risk Management would always find customers with problem place a fictitious debit in the amount of $888,888.88 on each of their account transactions so that it would appear that customer accounts were overdrawn, when they were not. While account is become inaccessible, with the excuse of insufficient funds BOA further added $35 each penalty for reprocessing payment and extended NSF to account every 5 days. Then BOA froze and closed customer account, and seized the account holdings afterwards. BOA state they don't have to have a reason and it’s against policy and privacy to tell you a reason!   Bank of America also refused to return the money that customer had in its accounts and also refused to provide a reason. BOA argued that it was entitled to hold customer’s money without giving any reason.

What is this thing BOA called "privacy" “policy”? I hear a lot about them.  It’s for a passing convenience or an illusion of security for BOA to take money from customers without going to court. Even Federal Judge Paul A. Crotty said he never heard of a bank simply holding a depositor’s funds without any explanation. “I thought maybe the government was trying to seize these … proceeds. But it’s not. It’s just the bank who’s conducting its own investigation. They don’t give an explanation. I’ve never heard of that.”   (Orbital Publishing Group, Inc. v. Bank of America, N.A., Case No. 1:11-CV-3065 (PAC) S.D.N.Y.)

Orbital Publishing Obtains Federal Court Injunction Preventing Bank of America from Seizing Bank Accounts and Falsely Debiting Accounts $888,888.88. New York law firm, Lennon & Klein, P.C., Successfully Represents Depositor Against Bank of America. In May 19, 2011, Federal Judge Paul A. Crotty has done the right thing by issuing an injunction directing Bank of America, N.A. to release Orbital Publishing Group, Inc., depositor’s bank accounts holding hundreds of thousands of dollars which Bank of America seized without justification or explanation. Good blessing is to Orbital Publishing Group, Inc.

Enduring and coping with BOA recent disasters, I’m at my lowest point of life and feeling completely hopeless to live this life. Every day I feel tired for no reason.  I have trouble getting up in the morning even I have slept 8-10 hours. I feel trapped and helpless, and find no stimulant to get going and to prop me up during the day. I may not have any obvious signs of physical illness, but I live with a general sense of unwellness, tiredness or “gray” feelings.

Avoid BOA like the plague. BOA WILL screw you eventually. It may not be this month or this year but eventually you will regret doing business with BOA.

Learning the dark side of BOA banking operations from other people’s misfortunes and decide what to do to protect you from banking with disasters. Please be smart and don’t open an account with any Bank of America in the USA. BOA WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

How Can Bank of America Get Away With Taking Money From Customers Accounts?

How can Bank of America (BOA) get away with taking money from customers accounts? Because BOA is a nationwide big bank and BOA banking system encourages creating this overdraft charge theft scheme to make money.  Most of people blindly trusted and used BOA for many years because their job or life takes them to most of 50 States, and BOA has local branches in most of States. BOA Branches have been nothing but wonderful to customers. International traveling pretty convenient with BOA because they have sister banks in almost every other country, where they can use their BOA ATM card to get local currency. There's a daily cap though, but it's pretty reasonable for non-extraordinary usage. How about for un-non-extraordinary usage? That will be to put BOA's fictitious debit $888,888.88 to your account to create overdrafts, using the excuse of insufficient funds and STEAL YOUR MONEY.

In situations like this, the BOA branches do not have access to any additional information but provide customers with phone # to call Risk Management for clarification. The Risk Management people are above the law and whom the hard working people obviously had no chance to be in contact with. After close one account and seize the account holdings, Risk Management would report account fraud to Chex Systems.  Because of Chex Systems fraud report, other of BOA accounts would be put fictitious debit $888,888.88 by BOA, the excuse of insufficient funds will be used and YOUR MONEY will be taken by BOA.

How can BOA get away with taking money from working people who need every penny they earn? Because working people are peons in this universe and the Deposit Account Agreement states that BOA has the right to close customer account at any time and for any reason. BOA uses this agreement everywhere BOA could apply. How about take customer account holdings without giving an explanation and justification? We shouldn't lose sight of the fact that BOA did what BOA did because the current banking system allows it. In fact, the BOA banking system encourages it.  The real danger is in thinking that because Bank of America Corporation (BAC) as a company has a 'code of ethics’, ethical behavior is the logical and necessary result. In fact, just the opposite may be true.

I need to know what I did that caused me to lose my accounts and account holdings. BOA states they don’t have to have a reason , it’s against their policy and privacy to tell me and BOA entitle to have my account holdings. What is this thing BOA called "privacy" “policy”? I hear a lot about them.  It’s for a passing convenience or an illusion of security for BOA to take customers’ money without going to court.

Our country is in turmoil and the economy is in the gutter and people are suffering because of it. Now BOA adds insult to injury and steals from their customers by creating this overdraft charge theft scheme to make money.

Is it true that the customer is always right? Probably not, despite of there is the best of intentions. What is true is that bigger customers -- especially more profitable customers -- tend to be more right, more often than less important customers, especially in tight economic times. What BOA does is to take money from working people who need every penny they earn because they’re the one of less important customers. It saddened me that I don’t have pleasure to know any of BOA big account holders who can help me to straighten out with BOA Risk Management.  And contactable information of the right BOA VIPs or President of BOA is unobtainable so I have no way to turn to for help.

Banking with Bank of America Is Banking With Disasters! What To Do Now?

CustomerServiceScoreboard rates Bank of America (BOA) customer service and customer support as “Terrible”. BOA banking system encourages Risk Management placing false $888,888.88 debiting to customer accounts wherever possible, creating overdraft charge theft scheme to make money. Sadly, many people blindly trusted and used Bank of America (BOA) for many years without aware of overdraft charge theft scheme until it’s too late and lose all the money to BOA. Banking with Bank of America (BOA) is banking with disasters.

Searching for Internet on Google about BOA bizarre debiting $888,888.88 exploded with results of horror stories. I’m stunned this is what BOA does when they suspect an account of fraud, and most people have to fight like hell. No amount of discussion even escalating to the Branch Manager and Regional Manager could get the Risk Management Department's decision overturned not to mention to get their money back. Many people post that their credit scores have been ruined; fraud flags have given them trouble at other banks.

Account closure has happened to many US big / top banks such as BOA, Chase, Citizen, Wachovia, Wells Fargo, HSBC, Regions, and SunTrust. . .  Banking with Bank of America is banking with disasters because BOA is the only US banks closing my accounts for no warning, no reason, no explanation, and no chance to defend but keeping my money afterwards while other banks will refund me the account holdings after they close my account.

After BOA bizarre debiting $888,888.88, froze and closed one of your accounts and seized your account holdings, BOA files your account fraud to Chex Systems. Subsequently, other of your BOA accounts will be affected with bizarre debiting $888,888.88 then closed, and account holdings will be taken by BOA without explanation and justification. There have been instances and happened, some other US banks would really open your checking accounts but later close those after they find out you are on Chex Systems.

BOA judges anyone with a problem is a scammer and commits fraud.  In the Court of Law we’re supposed to be innocent until otherwise proven.  BOA STEALS YOUR MONEY by placing their fictitious debit $888,888.88 to each of your account transactions and to create million dollars overdrafts. Using the excuse of insufficient funds, BOA will drain the balance from your BOA saving account or BOA credit card, add all sorts of penalties to your million dollars negative balance accounts over and over again. Indeed, Bank of America Corporation is the biggest thieves I have ever encountered!

Avoid BOA like the plague. They WILL screw you eventually. It may not be this month or this year but eventually you will regret doing business with BOA. Please be smart and don’t open an account with any Bank of America in the USA. Bank of America WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
